蛋白*3個
白砂糖*175g
鹽*1g
烤箱預熱至140℃,將烘培紙放在烤盤上。攪拌蛋白直到變硬,再加入白糖,還需攪拌一些時間,然後加入香草搗碎。將1小匙的蛋酥放在烤盤上烤45分鐘。之後關閉爐火並將烤箱門微開,讓蛋酥在烤箱完全冷卻,存放在密封的容器內,記得墊張防油
Merringue
• 3x large egg whites
• 175g white sugar
• 1g salt.
Preheat oven to 140ºC and line a baking tray with baking paper. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, then add sugar, a little at a time, still beating. Beat in vanilla. Place small spoonfuls of meringue on a baking tray and bake for 45 mins. Turn oven off, leave door slightly ajar and allow meringues to cool completely in oven. Store in an airtight container lined with greaseproof paper.
